Description
President Office
  1. Convene and assist in the proceedings of the board of directors and shareholders' meetings. 
  2. Directors and independent directors supervise the company’s major affairs and corporate governance.

General Manager Office
  1. Responsible for planning, promoting and supervising the development of company-related policies and business.
  2. Business decision-making, operation and investment analysis and management assessment.
  3. Application and management of company intellectual property, trademarks and patents.
  4.  Legal affairs and company risk control.
Audit Department
  1. Plan the group's annual audit plan and development strategy, integrate the group's audit resources and the execution of various audit businesses.
  2. Establish, revise and review the company's internal control and internal audit system.
  3. Audit the operations of each department and promote the implementation of the company's self-assessment operations.
  4. Supervise and manage the operations, management, financial and business information and audit management of subsidiaries.
  5. Coordinate the establishment and revision of the group's internal control system, accounting system, audit system and various management systems.
Product Management Department
  1. Development and improvement of new products and new technologies.
  2. Work closely with the business department to expand business.
  3. Collaborate with business to complete the product development evaluation form to ensure that the developed products meet the needs of customer applications and processes.
  4. Continuously improve products and processes to increase yield and efficiency and reduce production costs.
  5. Internal technology/product education and training.

  8. Control the drawings and related technical documents of the R&D unit.
Sales Department
  1. Responsible for the formulation and achievement of operational goals.
  2. Responsible for product sales, customer service and maintenance and improvement of customer-supplier relationships.
  3. Formulate product promotion plans to assist in business product promotion.
  4.  Planning and design of domestic and foreign exhibitions.
  5. Investigation, analysis and planning of new generation products.
Operation Management
  1. Management of general affairs, fixed assets and equipment.
  2. Company safety protection, labor safety and health, etc.
  3. Planning, design, production and maintenance of company network and web pages.
  4. ERP system maintenance and support to the needs of each unit.
  5. Maintenance and management of company computer hardware equipment.
  6. Employee recruitment, insurance, resignation and salary management.
  7. Planning and handling of education and training, employee attendance and welfare matters.
  8. Responsible for the procurement of production raw materials, mold (equipment) spare parts, overseas customs declaration and transportation and overseas business material procurement support, warehousing management, and production management.
  9. Search, evaluate, approve and negotiate prices for new suppliers, and coordinate material and finished product management.
  10. Formulation, modification, issuance and control of the company's various management measures and forms.
  11. Planning, formulation and tracking of product development strategy, price strategy, sales strategy and manufacturing strategy.
  12. Responsible for the research and evaluation of product pricing policies and market information.
Finance Department
  1. Responsible for cash flow management and operational performance analysis.
  2. Responsible for financial reports, budget planning and analyzing.
Quality Control
  1. Quality assurance system, quality system planning and process set up.
  2. Formulation of inspection specifications.
  3. Maintain quality system processes and supervise continuous improvement.
  4. Supplier/subcontractor incoming material quality verification, management and implementation of audit evaluation.
  5. Management and maintenance of environmentally related controlled substances database.
  6. Management/calibration/maintenance of gauge instruments.
  7. Coordinate the handling of issues.
  8. Product quality inspection and execution of function-related reliability tests.
  9. Participation in design review and certification of materials and parts approval.
Overseas Department
Responsible for production quality control, delivery business development, customer service, customer-supplier relationship maintenance and improvement in overseas regions.
